FIT OUT SITE MANAGER REQUIRED | GUILDFORD | IMMEDIATE START

I'm currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10,000 sq ft CAT B office fit out project in Guildford, valued at £750k.

* Start next week

* 10-week programme

* Medium sized Interior Fit Out & Design & Build Contractor

* £750,000 project value

Requirements:

* Proven CAT A / CAT B office fit out experience

* Strong subcontractor management skills

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable Design & Build contractor on a fast-paced commercial fit out project.
