Working Supervisor – Leeds

Rate: Ongoing

Duration: Long-term freelance

Project: Factory Demolition & New Build

Linear Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a project in Leeds involving the demolition of an existing factory and the construction of a new-build development in its place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operatives, coordinating daily activities and ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently throughout the project.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Working Supervisor on demolition and/or new-build projects.

Valid CSCS card.

SSSTS or SMSTS.

First Aid certificate.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
