This is an opportunity to join a well-established SME business, providing administrative support within a busy Finance team. The role will focus on taking ownership of essential day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoice printing, filing and archiving, helping to keep records organised and allowing the wider Finance team to focus on its core responsibilities.

What’s on Offer?

* Office Based, Full Time

* Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

* Initial temporary assignment of approximately 2 months +

* Immediate requirement, with a view to starting next week

What will you do as a Administration Assistant?

* Complete general filing and maintain organised records

* Print invoices and assist with basic invoice administration

* Archive paperwork and documents

* Monitor and respond to email enquiries

* Assist colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks as required

* Help ensure paperwork and records are maintained accurately and efficiently

What do you need as a Administration Assistant?

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills and a helpful telephone manner

* IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office

* A reliable and flexible approach to work
