Job Title - Mechanical Project Manager

Job Location – London (N17)

Start Date - ASAP

Standard Rate - £325 to £425 per day (depending on experience)

Duration - Full time

Hours - 7am - 5pm

Job Duties - Commercial project on student accommodation, overseeing instillation of HVAC System and working with multiple contractors in plumbing & heating, ventilation Working for a sub contractor under macleer & rushe

Essential Requirements - 5 years’ experience in mechanical projects, SMSTS REQUIRED – SSSTS Advantageous, CSCS Card required
