Pick and Pack Operator (Logistics Associate)
£17.00 per hour PAYE

Our client is looking for a pick and pack operator to join their team in Harlow. As a Pick & Pack Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packaging, and preparation of products and materials for shipment.
Working as part of a busy logistics team, you'll help maintain high standards of safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
Ensure all shipments are processed in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping within the warehouse.
Support stock accuracy through effective inventory control and system updates.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.
Contribute to a positive, customer-focused working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Experience using warehouse, logistics, or inventory management systems such as PMD, COMET, Modula, RAMOS, SAP, or similar.
Strong understanding of transportation, packaging, and shipping processes.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and recognise when issues need to be escalated.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Positive team player with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
