About this contract

SF Recruitment are working with a business in Birmingham to recruit a Credit Controller for a long-term contract opportunity. This is a long term contract opportunity and we're looking for someone available to start immediately.

You'll take ownership of your own customer ledger, building relationships, resolving queries and helping reduce overdue debt. This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of accounts and keeping cash collections moving.

What you'll be doing
Managing your own ledger, chasing outstanding payments by telephone and email.
Resolving invoice and payment queries with customers and internal teams.
Allocating receipts, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Reviewing aged debt, escalating accounts of concern and supporting collection targets.

What you'll bring
Previous credit control or accounts receivable experience, confidence speaking with customers and a proactive approach to resolving queries. You'll be comfortable prioritising your own workload and maintaining accuracy while working towards deadlines.
