Protocol Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in school who need a bit of extra guidance, patience, and consistency.
You’ll be that steady presence, helping pupils stay on track, manage behaviour, and feel safe in school.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with behaviour, SEMH, or SEND
A calm, patient approach
Someone who doesn’t give up when things get tricky
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Helping manage behaviour and build positive routines
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Being a calm, reliable face pupils can trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
