I'm currently recruiting for a Document Controller / Business Administrator to support a growing construction and fit-out contractor working across London projects.

This opportunity would suit an experienced construction administrator looking for a flexible part-time contract, and could be particularly attractive to a stay-at-home parent seeking a role that offers a strong work-life balance whilst remaining engaged within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Document control and project administration
Raising purchase orders
Procurement and purchasing support
Purchase ledger and finance administration
Supporting project and site teams
General business administrationRequirements:

Previous experience within construction, fit-out, refurbishment or contracting environments
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience with document control systems
Confident liaising with project and commercial teams
Able to work independently in a hybrid environmentPackage:
