Project Manager - Office Fit-Out

Bromley
£300 per day
£2m Commercial Office Fit-Out
Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £2m office fit-out project in Bromley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PM with a proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects, managing programmes, subcontractors, and client relationships through to successful completion.

Responsibilities
Managing the project from site setup through to handover
Coordinating subcontractors and managing site teams
Maintaining programme, budget, quality and H&S standards
Liaising directly with the client and key stakeholders
Driving the project to completion on time and within budget

Requirements
Previous experience delivering CAT A and/or CAT B office fit-out projects
Strong commercial and programme management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
