I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out repairs and maintenance in tenanted social housing properties across Chesterfield.

The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering:

£19 per hour
Weekly pay
6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension
Company van provided for day-to-day workAs a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
Completing general multi-trade repairs as required.
Working across tenanted social housing properties.
Completing work to a high standard while providing good customer service.
Working safely and keeping accurate records of completed jobs.I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience as a Carpenter Multi Trade or Carpenter.
Experience carrying out repairs in social housing or domestic properties.
Strong carpentry skills and the ability to complete minor multi-trade repairs.
A full UK driving licence.
A reliable and professional approach when working in customers' homes.Location & travel
The role is based in Chesterfield. A company van is provided for day-to-day work, but you must be able to make your own way to and from the depot each day.
