Primary Teacher - Year 3
Reeson Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Whitechapel, Tower Hamlets, to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified primary teacher looking to take on a Key Stage 2 class in a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, encourage positive learning habits and help pupils make a confident transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2.
The Role - Year 3 Teacher
Take responsibility for the teaching and learning of a Year 3 class.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum.
Teach core subjects, including English, maths and science, alongside the wider curriculum.
Assess pupils' progress and adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.
Establish clear routines and maintain high expectations for behaviour.
Create an inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, supported and motivated.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to support pupil progress.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally within Key Stage 2.
Has a good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and pupils' transition into KS2.
Can plan effective lessons and adapt teaching to support different abilities.
Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Is organised, flexible and ready to start as soon as possible.
