We're looking for an experienced CDM Advisor to join a major construction project in Bridgwater, supporting the delivery of technical excellence, design safety and regulatory compliance on a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme.

Prepare, review and update Pre-Construction Information (PCI) documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of Health and Safety Files, working closely with designers and principal contractors.
Review design proposals to ensure hazards are eliminated or reduced and residual risks are clearly communicated.
Support the safe management of design changes and temporary works during construction.
Engage with key stakeholders to provide CDM guidance, promote best practice and resolve health and safety issues.

Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant health and safety legislation.
A relevant professional qualification and membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
Health and safety-related CPD, such as a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
A proactive, pragmatic approach to risk management, problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
