Multi Trader - Social Housing

Nuneaton & Bedworth

Self-Employed | Weekly Earnings £950 - £1,000

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector across Nuneaton and Bedworth.

This is a self-employed position offering consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.

Key Duties

* Patch plastering

* Creating and finishing builders' openings

* Basic tiling work

* Floorboard repairs and replacements

* Basic brickwork

* Boxing in boilers to a professional finish

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance

* Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard

* Good customer-facing skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Own van and tools required

Package

* Self-employed position

* Weekly earnings: £950 - £1,000
