Temporary Receptionist
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour
Start Date: 23rd November 2026
Contract: Initially 6 months, with the possibility of extending to 12 months
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading construction firm who are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join their team at their Warrington office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys being the first point of contact and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Greeting guests and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Signing visitors in and ensuring site procedures are followed.
*
Signing for deliveries and ensuring they reach the correct department.
*
Managing diaries and coordinating appointments.
*
Providing general ad hoc administrative support.
*
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties to ensure everything runs smoothly.
About You
*
Previous reception or administration experience is desirable.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
*
Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
*
A strong team player with a flexible approach to work.
