Document Controller / Project Administrator – Construction

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Document Controller / Project Administrator to support a long-term construction and infrastructure project in East London.
This role would suit someone with experience supporting site teams and project managers, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring project information is organised and readily accessible.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining and updating project documentation and registers.
* Managing the issue, receipt and distribution of project documents.
* Supporting document control processes and maintaining accurate records.
* Providing general administrative support to the project team.
* Assisting with reports, meeting minutes and document tracking.
* Liaising with site teams and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in document control, project administration or construction administration.
* Strong IT, organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
* Construction or infrastructure experience preferred.
* Rail experience would be advantageous.
