Salary/Rate: £19.26 per hour (Standard) | £28.88 per hour (Overtime)

The Role
We are recruiting skilled Mechanical Fitters and Assemblers for a workshop-based position near Tewkesbury. You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly, fitting, and fabrication of high-quality industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling and fitting mechanical components and finished products.
* Reading, interpreting, and working directly from technical engineering drawings.
* Utilizing a wide variety of hand and power tools to complete builds.
* Maintaining high safety standards and precision quality control across all work.
Required Tools & Equipment Experience
Candidates must be confident and competent in using standard assembly tooling:
* Hand Tools: Torque wrenches, socket sets, spanners, screwdrivers, and basic measurement tools (calipers/micrometers).
* Power & Pneumatic Tools: Air ratchets, pneumatic impact drivers, cordless drills, and grinders.
* Workshop Machinery: Pop-rivet guns, pillar drills, and basic deburring or manual cutting tools.
Backgrounds Considered
