Events Manager

We're looking for an experienced Events Manager to take ownership of a diverse programme of events, from industry conferences and exhibitions to stakeholder and partner-led activities.

A hands on role - you'll lead event planning and delivery from end to end, managing logistics, suppliers, budgets and stakeholder engagement to ensure every event is delivered to a high standard and achieves its objectives.

Client Details

You'll have experience delivering conferences, exhibitions or large-scale events in a membership organisation, public body, cultural institution, research environment, trade association or similarly stakeholder-focused setting.

Description

Planning and delivering a programme of UK and international events
Managing event logistics, venues, suppliers, exhibitors and promotional materials
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Managing budgets, contracts and supplier negotiations
Monitoring event performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensuring consistent brand representation across all event activity
Identifying opportunities through memberships, sponsorships and partnershipsProfile

A successful Events Manager should have:

Strong Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience managing suppliers, contracts and budgets
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects
