The Role

Support teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities.

Assist pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Provide individual and small-group learning support.

Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.

Encourage positive behaviour, independence and participation.
