CSA Lead

Required Skills:
5-10+ years of experience in construction, preferably on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects
Engineering degree (BEng or equivalent) preferred
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with contractors, operations teams, and site users
Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, contracts, and proposals
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working on GMP live sites
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in pharma/biopharma environments
Construction or project management certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Degree in Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
Extensive experience in life sciences construction projects, with an emphasis on GMP standards and site safety
