Solvit Recruitment are looking for Van Driver/Waste Operator.
Interviews will be held within the next week.
On-going position.
The role is to work with the local authority, new project where you will be collecting bulky waste from the road (Fly Tipping).
This is an interesting role just not driving, reliability, punctual and committed to providing excellent service.
You will be working outdoors in all weathers
.
What will you be doing; you will be driving to destinations in the Coventry areas, taking picture of fly tipping, making manual records and loading the waste, you will be with working with a team member who will be assisting you in the daily duties.
Please note this role will be physical and involve manual handling.
This is a Monday to Friday role 07:00 – 15:30.
£13.92 per hour.
37 hours per week.
Overtime over 37 hours paid at £20.88.
Weekend work may be requireed paid at anhanced rates.
Saturday £20.88.
Sunday £27.84.

We will need a CV with the last 5 years work history.
Please note if you have been banned from driving in the last 5 years you will not be considered, we need a clean driving licence for this role.
Requirements
UK Driving Licence with over 1 years Van driving.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
Excellent communication oral and written.
Reliability.
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of duties.
1 years Commercial Van Driving experience.
No DR, DD, TT, IN and not served any bans in the last 5 years.
Clean driving licence
