Job Overview

We are looking for Learning Support Assistant/ Teaching assistants in Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for someone who has:

* Has a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with complex needs.

* Is patient, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.

* Can work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Is flexible, proactive and committed to promoting inclusion.

* Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
