Contract Opportunity – Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI)

We are currently working with a client in the East Midlands looking to appoint an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) on a contract basis.

The client offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with plenty of flexibility around working patterns and workload.

The Role

* Carrying out site inspections and plan checking duties.

* Supporting the existing Building Control team.

* Working across a range of Building Control projects, including more complex developments.

* Flexible hybrid setup with a mix of remote working and site presence.

Key Details

* Location: East Midlands

* RBI Classification: Class 3

* Rate: £75–£85/hr

* Hours: Full-Time

* Working Pattern: Hybrid with plenty of flexibility
