School Administrator - Lewisham

Location: Lewisham, South East London Position: School Administrator Pay: £17-£20 per hour Start Date: ASAP

Remedy Education are looking for an experienced and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Lewisham.

The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the school office, providing administrative assistance to staff, pupils and parents.

The Role:

Managing general school administration and daily office duties

Handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries from parents and staff

Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases

Supporting attendance, admissions and safeguarding administration

Assisting senior leadership with reports, documentation and correspondence

Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately

Supporting the wider school team with day-to-day operations

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous school administration experience is essential

Confident using school MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom

Strong organisational and communication skills

Competent using Microsoft Office

Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment

Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information
