Contract Infusion Laminator £22 per hour | 3-Month Rolling Contract | 40 Hours per Week
We’re looking for an experienced Infusion Laminator to join a busy marine manufacturing team on a rolling contract basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on composites experience, particularly vacuum infusion, who can hit the ground running and produce high-quality work within a production environment.
The Role You’ll be involved in the manufacture of composite components, using your laminating skills and infusion experience to ensure work is completed to the required quality and specification.
Key responsibilities:
Carrying out vacuum infusion and composite laminating work.
Preparing moulds, materials and reinforcement for the infusion process.
Setting up vacuum bagging equipment and monitoring infusion processes.
Working from technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping.
Working as part of a production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in composite laminating, with vacuum infusion experience essential.
Good understanding of composite materials and laminating processes.
The ability to follow technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
A reliable, hands-on approach and good attention to detail.
Contract Details
Rate: £22 per hour
Contract: 3-month rolling contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working pattern: Early finish on Fridays
Overtime: Potential for additional hours, although this cannot be guaranteed
