The Role
Working closely with class teachers, you will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting teaching and learning across primary year groups.
Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs.
Delivering small-group learning activities and targeted interventions.
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
Encouraging positive behaviour, participation and classroom engagement.
Assisting with lesson activities, preparation and classroom organisation.
