Act as the key site contact for the client, design team, project manager, commercial team and factory stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement practical recovery plans where required.
Oversee quality inspections, records, snagging and close-out to achieve a right-first-time handover.

Control access, deliveries, segregation, housekeeping and welfare in a hygiene-critical environment.
Lead site meetings and provide clear updates on safety, quality, programme and resources.
