Service Administrator

My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for an Electrical Services Administrator – Maternity Cover to join their team on a full time basis.

St Ives, Cambridgeshire | Full-Time

Salary £26,000

Monday – Friday.

The Role

You will coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of electrical engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed SLAs. You will also liaise with clients and engineers, manage incoming queries and provide a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and allocate jobs to electrical engineers.
Liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams.
Manage incoming calls and emails.
Log and update jobs, communications and client requirements.
Monitor outstanding works, paperwork and certification.
Chase updates and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
Update client portals and internal systems.
Assist with quotes, RAMS and general administration.
Escalate issues and identify potential risks.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating by phone and email.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to multitask and work to deadlines.
Flexible, adaptable and able to follow procedures.
Professional, customer-focused and a strong team player.
