The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development during some of the most important years of their lives. Working closely with colleagues and families, you will help create engaging learning experiences while ensuring every child feels happy, safe, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe and monitor children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development
Support daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and care needs
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Previous nursery or Early Years experience
A genuine passion for working with children
A warm, caring, and positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education
