We're looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a major data centre construction project, taking responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of civil, structural and architectural works.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and knows how to drive subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades and keep a project moving.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the day-to-day delivery of CSA works on site
Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, trades and site teams
Drive programme, productivity, quality and safety across your areas
Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, design and project teams
Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction programmes
Identify and resolve technical, programme and coordination issues
Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to specification and programme
Lead daily coordination meetings, inspections and progress reviews
Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and site safety
Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project/Construction ManagerWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager / Construction Manager
Strong background in data centres, mission-critical or large-scale commercial construction
Solid knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings and specifications
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to lead from the front and drive delivery in a demanding environment
Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experienceThe opportunity:
