Bathroom Fitter - Social Housing

Location: Birmingham
Rate: £200-£220 per day

Think Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Bathroom Fitter to complete bathroom installations within social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bathroom Fitter, your duties will include:

Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare rooms for installation.

Install baths, toilets, basins, showers and associated fittings.

Complete plumbing connections, waste pipework and checks for leaks.

Undertake associated tiling, sealing and making-good work.

Coordinate with other trades and complete snagging.

Work considerately in residents' homes and maintain safe, tidy work areas.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Bathroom Fitter position, you will need:

Previous experience completing bathroom installations.

Strong plumbing and associated fitting skills.

A valid Blue CSCS Card.

Own transport.

Good customer service skills; social housing experience is desirable.
