Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector to join a client in South London on an initial 6-month rolling contract.

This is a long-term contract opportunity offering a competitive rate of £60 - £70/hr, depending on experience and registration level, with the option to work Outside IR35.

One thing that is particularly attractive about this position is that it requires only 2 days on site with 3 days remote, therefore presenting a high degree of flexibility and work-life balance.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a good-sized and stable team with potential exposure to higher level works and subsequent RBI classification uplift, as proven by a current long-term contractor who has recently achieved their Class 3H upgrade.
