Veritas Education is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to teach a mixed EYFS and Key Stage 1 class from January 2027.
This is an opportunity for a teacher who enjoys helping young children develop confidence, curiosity and strong foundations for learning. You will bring a creative approach to teaching and understand how to meet the different developmental needs of pupils across EYFS and KS1.
The role
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progression across EYFS and Key Stage 1.
Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported.
Assess pupils' progress and adapt teaching to their individual needs.
Support early language, phonics, literacy and numeracy development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
The ideal candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Can differentiate learning effectively within a mixed-age class.
Demonstrates strong classroom management and a nurturing approach.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
