Our client is a successful, employee-focused business celebrating over 30 years of growth and success. With a strong reputation for developing and promoting talent internally, they are looking to appoint an HR Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative HR team on a fixed-term basis.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR. Whether you already have HR administration experience or are a recent graduate with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in Human Resources, this role offers fantastic exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
 
The Role
Working closely with an experienced HR team, you will support a broad range of HR activities, including:

Managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Maintaining employee records and updating the HR system
Supporting onboarding and new starter processes
Coordinating interviews and welcoming candidates on-site
Producing HR documentation and correspondence
Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure accurate employee data
Supporting the wider HR team with projects and day-to-day activities 
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Bright, proactive and keen to develop a career in HR
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with people at all levels
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Able to manage a busy and varied workload 
Previous HR experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
