HR Business Partner - Exeter /Weston 

Contract: 2 months
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
£20.49ph ( weekly pay )
We are recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to join a busy People team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can provide practical, values-led HR support and hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day employee relations casework and provide advice to managers.
Support recruitment and wider HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.
Work alongside HR Business Partners on People Plans and improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
Support HR reporting, data analysis and workforce initiatives.
About you:

Strong HR and employment law knowledge.
Proven employee relations experience.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling confidential information and HR data.
Full UK driving licence.
