Job Opportunity: Catering Assistant
Location: Whitfield, Dover

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and take/serve orders for food and alcohol as appropriate, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanour, promoting the restaurant through excellent service.
Manage the till float and handle cashing up with accuracy and integrity.
Ensure compliance with hygiene practises and processes, adhering to daily, weekly, and deep cleaning schedules for all restaurant areas.
Actively upsell products to enhance customer choice and boost profitability.
Assist with the restaurant's opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
Deliver quality, uniformity, and consistency to all customers, upholding the organisation's high standards.
Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the team.Candidate Requirements:
Diligent and flexible, with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both with team members and customers.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, using initiative when necessary.
A friendly personality that thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Shift Patterns:
Early Shift (Mon to Sat): 6:30 am to 12:30 pm
Early Shift (Sun): 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Mid Shift (Mon to Sun): 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Late Shift (Mon to Sun): 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
