Maintenance Engineer - IND1
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Static Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies, supporting them on a brand-new contract based in a sole retail furniture store.
• Location - ESSEX
• Salary - £21.21 per hour PAYE (44,126 is salary)
• Rota - Monday to Friday with 2 weekends a month
• Hours - 7am to 4pm
• Call out (Static call out) 1 in 4 weeks Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
If you are Mechanically / AC Biased, tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU’s, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
If you are Electrical Biased, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
Requirements
• 18th edition or F-Gas
• Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
If this role gets developed into a perm role.
• Smartphone and PDA supplied.
