Key Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:
Support KS1 pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assist the class teacher in delivering learning activities
Adapt materials and approaches to meet individual learning needs
Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
What the school is looking for:
Experience working with children in a primary school setting (KS1 preferred)
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
