Location: Birmingham
Rate: £300–£350 per day, depending on experience
Contract: 18 months
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee mechanical works on a major new-build project in Birmingham.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical activities on site, manage duties on site for a new build Church , ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate mechanical works on site.

Oversee heating, ventilation, plumbing and mechanical controls installations.

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications.

Monitor progress, quality and health & safety on site.

Liaise with the wider project team and contractors.

Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

Ensure relevant documentation and site records are maintained.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Project Manager.

Strong commercial mechanical experience.

Experience across heating, ventilation, plumbing and controls.

CSCS card required.

SMSTS or SSSTS required.

Experience with Dalux and/or Asite is advantageous but not essential.

Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.

Contract Details

£300–£350 per day, depending on experience

18-month contract
