Site Manager Internals

A major developer is actively seeking a strong site manager, to join them on a flagship development in South West London to manage the internals of a block.
This developer currently has a multi million pound scheme underway in South West London, creating new homes. Once completed it will contain over 300 new homes, community park & commercial properties. The development is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.
As site manager, you will be based in a block of up to 60 units. You will oversee your block from first fix through to handover.
Your Site Manager Internals duties will include;
* Managing a whole block from first fix to completion
* Ensuring H&S is followed out correctly
* Planning works
* Resolving any technical issues
* Reporting into a Senior Site Manager
* Ensuring the fit out is finished to a high standard
To be considered you must;
* Have a Black or White CSCS & SMSTS
* Minimum 3 years experience in managing residential fit out, as a site manager
* Previous experience involved in managing RC Frame blocks on residential schemes from first fix to handover
* Main contractor/ developer experience
* Longevity with previous employers
