Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver projects across United Utilities (UU) schemes. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Supervising site teams and subcontractors

* Overseeing the delivery of water infrastructure works

* Client liaison with United Utilities

* Toolbox talks

* Health and safety compliance

* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation

* Coordinating labour, plant and materials

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

* Monitoring quality and maintaining site records

* Reporting progress to the Project Manager

Site Manager Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS

* SMSTS

* Previous experience working on United Utilities schemes is essential

* Previous water treatment or water infrastructure experience

* Strong civil engineering background

* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

* Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements

* IT literate

* Full UK driving licence
