I'm currently supporting a leading infrastructure organisation in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major UK project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with infrastructure or engineering experience to take ownership of the procurement of critical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages, managing the process from strategy and tendering through to contract award and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end procurement activities across key M&E packages.
Develop and manage competitive tender processes, including ITTs and evaluations.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms under NEC3 contracts.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Manage supplier performance and support successful project delivery.
Ensure procurement activities are compliant and aligned with project objectives.What We're Looking For:

Proven procurement experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, utilities, rail, water or energy sectors.
Strong knowledge of tendering, negotiation and contract award processes.
Experience working with NEC3 contracts.
Excellent stakeholder management and commercial skills.
M&E procurement experience would be highly advantageous. Why Apply?
