About this contract

A large property developer are looking for an experience Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to deliver excellent customer service & maintain their 5* customer satisfaction rating

You will need to have worked for either a housing association working with defects or for a housing developer in a customer service role. We

Day to day duties:

Being the main point of contact for the home owners
Updating the CRM system logging defects or closing them down
Complaint management
Booking in engineers to carry out work in the propertys
Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
Working closely with the customer service team
