Exams Officer

Location: Kettering
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a proactive and organised Exams Officer to support the day-to-day administration of examinations and assessments. Working closely with academic staff and students, you will assist with exam entries, timetabling, invigilator coordination, record keeping, and ensuring exams are delivered efficiently and in line with awarding body requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Experience within education or exams administration is beneficial, but candidates with transferable administration experience are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements:

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Good IT and administrative skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential
