* Ability to provide patient, consistent support on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Duties
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored educational activities that meet individual student needs.
* Support children with autism and other disabilities by implementing personalized learning strategies and behavioral interventions.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to promote engagement and understanding among students with diverse abilities.
* Help create a safe, nurturing environment by supervising children during lessons, breaks, and outdoor activities.
* Assist with daily routines such as toileting, feeding, and sensory needs for toddlers and young children requiring additional care.
* Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure clear understanding of each child's progress and needs.
* Maintain accurate records of student development, behavior incidents, and support strategies used.
