Senior Payroll Consultant – Interim
Location: Bratislava preferred; other EU locations considered
Contract: Approx. 6 months | 3 days per week
€250-€300 per day
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to support a multinational organisation, combining hands-on payroll expertise with troubleshooting, issue resolution and recommendations to management.
Key requirements:
Strong multinational, end-to-end payroll experience
Experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll models
Strong payroll compliance knowledge
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, payroll transformation/vendor transitions, Power BI, HRIS integrations or process automation would be advantageous.
