The Role:
* Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom expectations
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
* Communicating effectively with parents, carers and colleagues
* Contributing to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Previous experience teaching within a primary school
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Confident classroom practitioner
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Passionate about supporting pupil progress
* Reliable, adaptable and professional
