Position: EYFS Teacher (Full-time)
Location: Aintree, Sefton
Start Date: ASAP - February 2027
Salary: £32916 - £45352 per annum (MPS1 - MPS6) - Pay to scale after 12 weeks (dependent on experience)
Aspire People are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Aintree, Sefton, who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team on a full-time ASAP until at least February 2027.

Important: This position is open to experienced teachers only (MPS1 - MPS6). Candidates must have at least one year of recent EYFS teaching experience.
The Role:
* Teaching within a Reception or Nursery class, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Planning and delivering play-based, child-centred lessons in line with the Early Years Framework.
* Supporting the individual needs of all pupils to ensure progress and inclusion.
* Working collaboratively with support staff and the SENDCo to provide tailored support.
* Promoting children's social, emotional, and language development through creative learning opportunities.
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.
* Assessing pupil progress and maintaining accurate records in line with EYFS expectations.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A minimum of one year of recent EYFS teaching experience (essential).
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
* A nurturing, proactive, and adaptable teaching style.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the ability to obtain one)
* The ability to provide professional references covering the last two years.
