The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with SEND on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Work with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional learning needs.
Support students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support emotional wellbeing and social development.
Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
