Job Title: Global Studies Asset Manager (GSAM)

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Global Studies Asset Manager to drive the operational study management of innovative molecule assets. This pivotal role will involve leading clinical operations management and ensuring the successful delivery of global clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the study management aspects of multiple studies within an asset's portfolio, adhering to ICH-GCP and company processes.
Develop essential study documents, including study protocols and training materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Collaborate with Analytics and Portfolio Optimisation (APO) teams to enhance efficiency and ensure a patient-centric approach in study delivery.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational quality and efficiency, proactively addressing any risks to timelines or quality.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the study lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in clinical operations, driving continuous improvement and aligning with industry best practises.Qualifications:
Relevant operations experience in clinical trial management is highly desirable.
A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences.
Strong working knowledge of the drug development process and applicable regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional communication and vendor management.
Demonstrated ability to lead various components of study delivery, such as vendor oversight and budget reconciliation.
Phase 3 clinical trial experience is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with exposure across multiple disease areas.Why Join Our Client?
