Job Responsibilities

Support teachers with the delivery of effective lessons
Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
Assist pupils with their learning, development and classroom activities while encouraging independence
Support positive behaviour management and contribute to a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
Prepare classroom resources and learning materials in line with lesson objectives
Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff to support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Qualifications/Experience

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
